King’s Hill is a modern purpose built office complex building with 107 car parking spaces and 8 EV Car Chargers situated in a modern business park in the heart of Kent. Providing a versatile, low maintenance and cost effective accommodation for a whole range of businesses.

RNB Ltd carried out the full mechanical and electrical fitout to this commercial office block – including all air conditioning and ventilation, as well as power and lighting throughout. We completed this project in Jan 2021.

Kitts Inn is an old Public House which has been repurposed to and turned into 14 flats and offices. These are to be split between 2 accommodation units and workroom facilities to be used for rehabilitated prisoners.

RNB Ltd carried out the full mechanical installation to all 14 flats and offices. Including the installation of a cascade ASHP system for each floor of the purpose-built apartment buildings. We recently completed this project in Feb 2022.

Benenden School is a prestigious all-girls boarding school founded in 1923 and set in 250 acres of attractive parkland in the heart of Kent. They undertook refurbishments for power & lighting throughout the school and girls accommodation block. As well as building a new toilet/shower block in the girls’ accommodation.

RNB Ltd carried out the full power, lighting and mechanical works throughout the girls accommodation block and New build toilet/shower block. We completed this project in Aug 2021.

London Port Authority decided to upgrade all lighting systems at Denton Wharf, including the development of a new Energy Office.

RNB Ltd carried out the full electrical installation at Denton Wharf, including all electrical services in the New Energy Office at the Port, as well as the replacement of all lighting systems across the Wharf.

We completed this project in Dec 2021

This grand 1920’s neo-classical building was stripped out and spaces reconfigured to create 52 high end serviced apartments consisting of studio and one bedroom accommodation, along with a beautifully constructed reception and concierge area.

RNB Ltd carried out a full mechanical & electrical installation to all 52 serviced apartments in the existing neo-classical building. Including the installation of all lighting, bathrooms, kitchens and heating systems throughout. We completed this project in Oct 2020.

St Lawrence College is a prestigious boarding school in Ramsgate. They undertook recent developments by building a new Sports Hall, Theatre and girls accommodation block.RNB Ltd carried out the full power, lighting and mechanical works throughout the new facilities.
