Greyfriars Church decided to undertake a development project to transform their traditional church to give them more space, facilities and make them more welcoming to the local community. This involved transforming the church by building a new foyer, coffee shop/cafe area and bookshop – as well as building new toilets and office block.RNB Ltd carried out the full M & E installations for the new foyer, shop, cafe area, new toilets and also the office block. We are starting Phase 2 in July 2022 for the new build 3 storey community centre. We completed this project in Aug 2021.

With the on-set of COVID, RNB assisted Kent CCC to ensure they could provide a safe and comfortable environment for their Professional players and the general public. RNB provided a design and specification for a suitably sized AHU complete with heating and cooling via air source heat pumps.

Chelsea Barracks is a prestigious neighbourhood in London set within a historic military base. Consisting of high end penthouses, apartment suites and townhouses.

RNB Ltd carried out the full mechanical and electrical fit out to the show apartments and townhouses – including all AV, property cinemas and lighting throughout. We completed this project in Jan 2020.

Gara Rock Hotel is a luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa on the beautiful coast of South Devon – including luxury penthouses, suites, apartments & rooms. As well as facilities such as pools, spas, cinema room, bar & restaurant.

RNB Ltd carried out the full mechanical and electrical installation to the boutique hotel and luxury facilities. We completed this project in June 2019.

King’s Hill is a modern purpose built office complex building with 107 car parking spaces and 8 EV Car Chargers situated in a modern business park in the heart of Kent. Providing a versatile, low maintenance and cost effective accommodation for a whole range of businesses.

RNB Ltd carried out the full mechanical and electrical fitout to this commercial office block – including all air conditioning and ventilation, as well as power and lighting throughout. We completed this project in Jan 2021.

Kitts Inn is an old Public House which has been repurposed to and turned into 14 flats and offices. These are to be split between 2 accommodation units and workroom facilities to be used for rehabilitated prisoners.

RNB Ltd carried out the full mechanical installation to all 14 flats and offices. Including the installation of a cascade ASHP system for each floor of the purpose-built apartment buildings. We recently completed this project in Feb 2022.
